PHASE 1: BUILD THE BASE

45 Days – Train Every Day
Minimal gear. Easy-to-follow.
Start strong from wherever you are.

Sample Day:
Warm-Up – 10 min light movement (walk, jog, bike, etc.)
Dynamic Stretching Video

Main Set – 3 Rounds:

  • 10 Air Squats

  • 20 Step-Ups (16”–20”)

  • 30 Jumping Jacks

  • 100m Run (60% speed)

Cool Down:
Stretch, foam roll, hydrate. Stay ready.


PHASE 2: MENTAL TOUGHNESS
