Sample workout:
1. Full-Throttle 20-Minute Grinder
- 5 Rounds:
- 20 Push-Ups
- 20 Air Squats
- 20 Sit-Ups
- 1 Minute Plank Hold
- Rest: 1 minute after each round
- Objective: Maximum reps, full range of motion, no half measures. Build up speed while keeping form sharp.
- Notes: This workout builds core stability, upper-body endurance, and leg strength. Perfect for a quick burn without equipment.
Sample clean nutrition meal:
High-Octane Breakfast Bowl
- Ingredients:
- 3 eggs, scrambled
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup spinach, sautéed
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- Sprinkle of salt and pepper
- Instructions:
- Scramble eggs in a pan over medium heat. Add salt and pepper.
- Add spinach and bell peppers to the pan, letting them cook until tender.
- Serve with avocado slices on top.
